The installations of the packages needed for running the tests don't depend on the git clone or tests commands. Those can be run later. Remove also an unneeded space between parameters.
This way, merging pull requests that prevent services to be correctly started up can be easily detected. An example is issue openSUSE/open-build-service#3875. Fixes os-autoinst#10.
