Alert Error I Received

This isn't causing any particular issue that I'm aware of, I just got this alert e-mail this morning and wanted to pass it along:

Out of curiosity, did you attach the same file more than once?

I apologize I don't know the source of this at all. It was just an alert that was emailed to the systems admin email address. If there is some way I can retrieve more information to assist, I'd be glad to. I'm honestly not sure if this even caused any issue for us, I just wanted to pass it along.

I have also detected this error, but I don't know how was produced :(
