The steps necessary to disable this warning are in the Dashboard's README.md, but should also be included here in the documentation. This has caused confusion I believe at least twice already, so this should be bumped to higher priority.

Note: The Dashboard's documentation cites .env.local, but this has changed to the global configuration path /etc/ood/config/apps/dashboard/env.
