Contributing to dbHive

Thank you for contributing!

Pull Requests

All code changes happen through Github pull requests. To submit your pull request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Fork and clone the repository.
  2. Create your feature branch. (git checkout -b [my-new-feature])
  3. Make sure to cover your code with tests and that your code is linted in accordance with our linting specifications (see coding style below).
  4. Commit your changes locally (git commit -m 'Added some feature') and then push to your remote repository.
  5. Submit a pull request to the dev branch, including in your pull request a description of the work done.

Reporting Bugs

We use GitHub Issues to track public bugs. Please ensure your description is clear and has sufficient instructions to be able to reproduce the issue.
