Color route line by maxspeed

Describe the idea (required)

Add coloring by maxspeed as a route line coloring option. It would color the route line depending on the maxspeed tag of the ways.

Being able to preview maxspeed directly on the map makes it easier to anticipate speed limit raises/decreases. It can also be useful for trip planning, like the surface and smoothness route line coloring options.

The problem with color is not everyone can see all of the colors. If this could be turned on and off and the colors are justifiable including a gray scale mode. So on / off, color, gray scale with color and gray scale adjustable.

Latest update added customizable color scales so the colors could be customized here as well

Would be nice to have some predefined color scales for colorblind people. However, this is a different topic. -> #20437
