Add thirdparty binding to xamarin component store #5

The third party component should probably be added to the store.

I'm not quite sure how to do this. Should it be an extra lib in the current component, or a separate component?

I'm not quite sure either but I'm leaning towards a separate component (can
components specify dependencies?). I don't think everyone who installs
osmdroid will want to install the third party package.

Honestly I prefer putting everything on nuget instead of the component
store but I'm not sure if that can be done with binding projects or not.
