… under OpenStreetMaps instead of osmdroid-android-it (#1809) * #1808 first attempt. i can't get any avd's up and running. i think this will work however on device permissioins may still be an issue * #1808 confirmed that tests run on device, these change address a few test failures that were artifacts of changing from the previous test configuration to this one, still have two test failures * #1808 should enable github ci with a virtual device * #1808 resolves all known on device test issues * #1808 test commit

really just a build system cleanup. There was why the integration tests were separated but I don't remember what it is. I'm certain it is no longer relevant now. Clean up in aisle 6
