Add help.openstreetmap.org as a global resource?

Reddit only as a global resource seems unusual (to me). The first entry on https://www.openstreetmap.org/help that is a comms channel is help.openstreetmap.org. It's a Q&A portal so tends to avoid off-topic or political threads.

Good suggestion - I just added help.openstreetmap.org as a global resource, along with the main OpenStreetMap Facebook and Twitter accounts.
