https://gesanwrc.wordpress.com/ has ‘Open Data Day Pokhara- 2016’ as current post.

While making easy to add new entities to index, with low threshold is a good idea I think that inactive ones should be removed.

https://github.com/osmlab/osm-community-index/blob/6d8a8caac4b0ddfa4626b89906065eb5dc94ff22/resources/asia/nepal/ym-Tribhuvan-University.json it seems likely that whoever was organizing this completed university and it has fallen apart :(

But maybe they just moved website or are active in local language?
