I changed a few things to get it to validate

Fix validation errors
- change malaysia.geojson to a Feature instead of a FeatureCollection
- remove Mapamore event from OSM-MY-matrix
  (it's a good idea for an event, but not formatted with a date)
- fix `languageCodes` in OSM-PH-telegram.json

I unfortunately needed to remove the Mapamore event (https://ti.to/mapamore/) because it didn't have a normal date. This code can currently only handle a date string that is computer-readable - for example "2018-may-01" - not "Last Saturday of every quarter".

I didn't see a date on the mapamore website for when the next one will be - but when it's scheduled please let me know so we can add it. It looks like the perfect kind of event to add to this index.
