What is the purpose of the change

This pull request updates the sdk fork from v0.45.0x-osmo-v7.7 to v0.45.0x-osmo-v7.8.1.

Brief change log

• feat: support send and recv msg size for gRPC (backport feat: support send and recv msg size for gRPC cosmos-sdk#170)
