I couldn't find resnet200d implementation with weights in tf 2.0 but there is an implementation in https://github.com/rwightman/pytorch-image-models. It would be really nice if we can get tf 2.0 implementation of resnet200d.

Sorry, but I would prefer to learn these weights myself over time. I don't really understand how weights with the ra2-suffix are trained:(
