We have an "Official", "Debug", and "ARM64" tab on the downloads endpoint. The "ARM64" tab actually redirects to a blog post about the release, which contains a table of packages.

We should stop using this "hack" and add the arm64 package links and hashes to the downloads metadata. Then the tab can function like the other two.
