Changes and fixes, updated to v0.4.3

* Sprites Optimizer tool now remove repeated sprites.
* Object View tool displays a list with OBDs and was added an option to
background color.
* Added the File > Merge menu. Can be used to create projects in parts
and merge them later into the main project.
* Fixed outfits with 'animate always' not displaying the animation.
* OMTL and save settings improvements.
