Chartjs pan dynamic load

Example of loading data dynamically on pan linear chart with chartjs and plugin-zoom. Load data using a NodeJs rest service with dummy values.

• Time based chart with data loading.
• Query and show data in a interval.
• Check updating last values in case of real time chart (only set after the request of new data and newer are available).
