the grant will support an honorarium for a 2019 designer... this actually should sync with the 2019 conference and so there are a few wrinkles

we need to:

discussion about budgeting and timelines with conf
draft a call (brief)
make a dec'n (yay!)

We did a thing! We discussed and evaluated and recruited a Designer through the joint 2019/meetups, so we the website will get that refresh!
