What is the problem this feature would solve?

Enables Bun to provide JS/TS interoperability for different platforms (e.g., SSR in an ASP.NET app)

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

libnode equivalent

What alternatives have you considered?

bun.wasm might be an alternative, but it's not documented and has WASM's performance penalty

afaik, there are no other ways for building an in-process integration
