Enter Key Changes to New Line Instead of Sending Message in Korean #1107

Steps to reproduce

Open Telegram and start a new chat or open an existing one.
Change the keyboard input language to Korean.
Type a message in Korean. ex) 안녕
Press the Enter key expecting the message to be sent.

Expected behaviour

When the Enter key is pressed after typing a message in Korean, the message should be sent immediately.

Actual behaviour

After typing a message in Korean and pressing the Enter key, instead of sending the message, the cursor moves to a new line in the message input box.

macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

Version of Telegram Desktop

10.10.2.261795 Stable
