Hi, questions

|
Thanks. I've been watched the videos closely. Few more questions:

|
Can you upgrade to Octotree 6.0.3 and try again? |
@buunguyen please read again my comments regarding the issue. Saw the 6.0.3 bugfixes and none of them are related to reported issue. Any way, updated to 6.0.3 and bug still persists. |
We released v6.0.4. Hope it fixes the issue, although we can't guarantee because unfortunately we couldn't reproduce it till now. |
I also have this issue, exactly the same as in the issue's attached video. I've upgraded to v6.0.4 and the problem persists.
|
Uninstall the plugin then install it again. Update to 6.0.4 and check. |
Reinstalling the extension helped in my case. @alxsimo @buunguyen, may I suggest you include some tip for Firefox users to do that in the next release? I've been battling with multiple issues since the release of 6.0.0 and the upgrade to 6.0.4 and a reinstall seem to be a simple way to fix them. |
I have the exact same issue, on Firefox and Chrome (with octotree 6.0.4 and MacOS). Re-installing latest Octotree didn't help. And I finally found that the older versioin of Octotree (namely, "Octotree Pro" still existed on my plugins). @alxsimo @buunguyen Thank you for the great plugin! |
Yeah, having multiple editions of Octotree will likely cause that. Octotree Pro is obsolete and no longer available in app stores. Another possible cause is when there are tabs still running old version and are not yet refreshed. In that case, close all tabs should work. Lastly and probably very rare, if possible at all, would be storage issue, maybe the above (or some other reason) causes storage values to be corrupted, in which case closing tabs wouldn't work. In short, if you have this problem, do this:

I put the all troubleshooting to this issue. Gonna close this. |
