- What this PR does and why is it needed
This PR adds the initial plumbing for netlify websiteWell after two months of effort on this we don't want to do netlify
because their DDoS protection was not good on the PRO plan.
We need to pay for the enterprise plan to get proper DDoS protection
TODO: We need to figure out a way to get our domain back.
Anyways all the effort here around netlify plumbing and beautification these
past two months is just waste at this point.
Changing scope of this PR to content ONLY and integration with mkdocs straight up.
Existing stale docs have been moved around a bit to organize things
There will be a round2 PR where I will remove some of those stale docs
after checking with nvidia and other authors
