E2E test to validate fix for downstream issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-25889
This issue is seen in some deployments where if a pod container uses a source port that is equal to a node port, then packets are dropped.
Tested against main (passed) and downstream OpenShift 4.12 (failed) where the issue resides.
