BAST (Backup And Synchronization Tools) is a set of tools to minimize
the effort required to create, archive, rotate, synchronize backups.

TRY IT OUT:

Get yourself a copy of the code.
From your command line, cd to the base BAST directory.
Pick the command that suits your OS:
Unix/Linux/BSD/OSX:
  ./bast.sh doc/examples/project1.conf
Windows: bast.bat doc/examples/project1.conf

Hint: You may also try --help for more help.

CONFIGURING BAST:

A typical config file looks like:
