Vaccination data by age group from Peru is not showing in OWID charts

Checked today the data viz for vaccinations at OWID, and somehow it is not showing the vaccination data by age group for Peru. Is there something that I can do to help?

Thanks for reporting this.

I just checked and, apparently, there is missing data in fields people_vaccinated_per_hundred and people_fully_vaccinated_per_hundred in the source data file vacunas_covid_rangoedad_owid.csv

You are right, I had not noticed. There was a small change in the source dataset, will take a look and let you know when I got a fix working.

OK, found the source of the missing data. Because the source data includes now booster shots (dosis = 3), and the format for OWID did not have a field for that, the summarization process was generating lists for the fields (dosis 2 and 3), instead of individual records/rows, so when saved as CSV it was getting all blanks.

Already commited a fix and updated the summarized dataset (jmcastagnetto/covid-19-peru-vacunas@1f56931)

Hope this fix allows you to use the data now
