This PR changes "World" -> "Hawaii" in the datasets about ocean pH, and updates all data for the climate change impacts explorer.
@spoonerf the only code modified is on
climate_change/src/hawaii.py. All other changes are just data updated, which doesn't need to be reviewed here (I already sanity checked it).
