  • Create scripts to download data from the EEA and Scripps.
  • Edit previous scripts to download additional data from NOAA.
  • Minor corrections in other scripts.
  • Update already existing datasets in climate_change/ready folder.
  • Add new datasets in climate_change/ready folder.
  • Remove existing output dataset, and create two output datasets (one with monthly, and one with yearly data).

@edomt just FYI, I've added a short README to remind me what needs to be done to update the datasets (at least given the current, not automated pipeline). I'll keep this branch alive until @HannahRitchie updates the explorer and checks that there are no problems with the new monthly/yearly datasets (Hannah, let me know if I can help or take over that task).
