Connection wizzard should not automatically create sync all folder.

I've a big amount of data in my owncloud space and don't want to sync everything on all devices. Hence, when I set up a new mirall instance I've to quickly click on "Pause" and "delete" in order to prevent downloading everything.

There could be a checkbox which is checked by default asking if a new "syncing everything" directory should be created.

We should have an advanced setup tab where this can be specified. I seem to remember something like this.
@jancborchardt Wasn't there a design for this sort of a setting on initial setup that you and I drew out at one point?
