Change the subfolders to sync ?

I just started with ownCloud, it looks great !!!
I setup my desktop sync application, and folders on the server.
I really want to make a choose when i select my homefolder on the server, wich of the folders i want to sync. After i choose it, i want to change it afterwards. Why ? Because we work with projects, i only want to download the files of the project i work with.

I can offcourse select multiple folders, but i need than to store them in seperate folders in my sync folder, that is not userfriendly.

So i want to choose my root folder of my account, and then select the folders i need to sync. And when i switch off a folder, it needs to by synced and then deleted form my machine. This wil work great with projects.

I saw some reports that were closed, but the solution given was not the we we mend it to be.
