Wait 10min, see if it gets in sync... Nope. It stays. Force sync now? Nope. Logout/login? Nope.
Expected behaviour: Parent folder is at least as large (949MB) as its subfolder.
Workaround: disable selective sync parent folder, reenable parent folder. Now the sizes get in sync:
