For future - Preview for shared folders

Hi,

I currently use oC 7.0.1.

Occasionally I share a folder with a friend. But we have to check several times, if file xy is already available. It would be great, if the sync-client could publish a "these-files-have-to-be-uploaded" list. With that piece of information, oC could display greyed out files with "Currently uploading" and/or a progress indicator ("x minutes left" or just "3% done") for this shared folder.

Maybe for both private and shared pages.

Not technically possible as ownCloud doesn't track upload progress outside of the one PHP request that does the transfer.

I'm closing this in favor of #24509 for now.
