Sync problem with over-limit-size files #3187

All sync clients (Windows/Linux/Mac) are continuously trying to sync files which are beyond single file limit (2GB in my case), causing heavy load in our network.

It would be a great help, if the client receives from server information about file size limits or quota limits before syncing, to not create needless network load.
