Can't add users OC 5.0.11 with mysql

Expected behaviour

When trying to add users they don't add

Actual behaviour

The page refreshes with no new users

Steps to reproduce

Tested on my server and the demo online version. Found it had something to do with adding a group. If I do a new install I can add uses as soon as I add another group then log out and log back in it won't let me add any new users. I then tested on the online demo. I couldn't add any users on this. I tried with explorer, firefox and chrome. Tried from a windows 7 and a Linux centos 6.4 operating system.

Operating system: Cent OS 6.4

Web server: Apache

Database: MySQL

PHP version: 5.5

ownCloud version:5.0.11

this is probably related to the broken user management in OC 5.0.11. See: #4802
