Bug display login page: IE Version: 11.0.9600.16521

There is a bug where picture doesn't show in the username and password box.
1- Image doesn't display inside username and password text field.
2- There is a square that overlap after the text field of username and password *probably caused by the image not showing that change the lenght
3- The rectangle of the form is rectangle and not rounded corner.

Setting the browser in compatibility mode fix the issue.

No similar issue for me using IE 11.0.9600.17031
Maybe update IE and try again?

I assume #11007 should have fixed this. Please recheck, closing for now.
