From core issue owncloud/core#37113
behat/minkhas to be pinned to1.7.1for now.And while we are here, update the other acceptance test dependencies so they "document" the current minor releases that actually get used.
Note:
symfony/translation4.4 requires at least PHP 7.1.3 - that is why I changedplatformphpto7.1.3The 2nd commit makes drone ignore the status of the pipeline step that cleans up the scality bucket. If that fails there is nothing we can do about it anyway, and the tests have already passed.
