In OS X Finder create a new file "test.txt" with contents: "1"
Open the iOS app and you will see the file with correct contents "1"
Close the iOS app
In OS X, modify the file "test.txt" with new content: "12" and save it (the owncloud client in OS X is still running and will detect the file change and re-upload the file.)
Open the iOS app. Refresh the folder/file by dragging down, the contents of the file will stay "1" (instead of the correct "12"). Closing and re-opening the app doesn't help.
Now open ownCloud in your browser and in the files section, you will see the correct content "12" (so the file got uploaded correctly.)

I've updated a file on my local system, after this i refreshed the file on my iOS Device but the old one still exists there. If i login to my Owncloud instance via Browser the new one is there. The problem only exists on the iOS App.
