Real issues were closed by the stale bot

The stale bot has been active recently. It has closed lots of issues. Some of those are still current bugs.

Check every issue that is referenced in an expected-failures file.

• make sure it has the "bug" label, if not add the "bug" label (that makes sure that the stale bot does not close it)
• if it is closed, then reopen it

Just re-opened all of them and we discussed in the sprint review that we'll need to put in some efforts to groom & update the issue backlog. Thanks for pointing it out here once again!
