Design and UX improvements for first public release

Agreed design and UX changes from the Design Initiative to be done for the initial public release

Decreasing priority order (first is most important)

1. Rename "Collaborators" to "People"

• Check for all locations where "Collaborators" appears
• Change that to "People" (plural) / "Person" (singular)
• If the wording doesn't fit somewhere, please raise discussion!

2. Remove "Open with" dialog and move to file actions

• Move to the actions in files list
• Add default action / editor
• Download action is secondary if there is an editor available
• Other actions / editors should be available via open with
  => done

3. Change icons

• Make the quick action items ("Add people" / "Create link") distinguishable from the static indicators by adding "+" signs
• Also make the icons for "Shared with others" / "Shared with you" distinguishable => Idea: Use arrows for incoming / outgoing, use three people icon for "Shared with others"

4. Change "Add Collaborators" button to "Share"

• Have a unified and generalized wording for confirming sharing actions
• Also, evaluate other locations like public link creation ("Create Public link") and change button texts if necessary
  => done

5. Rename "Trash bin" to "Deleted files"

• "Trash" is not a good wording
  => done

6. Move "Manage your account" to the settings

• currently not much value (only displays some user values) and mislocated
  => open

7. Accounts UX

• Use full viewport width
• Add "Accounts" menu entry in the left sidebar
• "Enable/disable" => "Activate/block"
• Delete confirmation
• Remove UID/GID
  => done

8. Public link with password

• "Enter" should confirm the password
• Reload should not require entering the password again
  => done

9. Add tooltips where applicable

• Identify missing tooltips and add them
• Add tooltips to quick action icons
  => done

10. Sharing Role picker: Improve indication for dropdown + only show role description in dropdown

• Applicable to user/group shares and public links
• Add better indication for the role picker dropdown when creating user/group shares (chevron?)
• Only show the role explanation text in the dropdown (not in selected state)
  => done

11. Progress bar is too prominent when just browsing

=> have a better differentiation to the upload progress bar
a) Thin progress bar at the top (like Box)
b) Skeleton preview (like Dropbox)
c) Spinner (like gdrive)
=> done
