If I goto one of my many previous 'Location Updates' and select the 'i' button.
It will display the correct location and gps coordinates;
Now if I touch the '+' button the gps coordinates change and move the waypoint to another location, (typically it is the current location I am at.)
If this is the way it was designed to work I would suggest that you have a drop down saying add current location or the location that is referred to below.
Or the other option is to move the plus sign out of this menu as it is confusing.
If it is a bug, ignore my above comments ;)

the (+) creates a new waypoint at the current location. I admit, it is confusing in the context.
Will remove the (+) in favor of new methods to create waypoints (see #155 )
