Does this change all the vote/deregister-lifetime checks?
I guess this will also change consensus for testnet.... Up to you whether you want to relaunch or not. @KeeJef made a good point, that by not relaunching we have tested a lot of the reorg code that would otherwise not get tested.

Grepped and checked. It will cause problems for the exceptional cases in which case when that happens we need to ask people to upgrade. Though reconsidering .. the other solution was neat and less error prone. |
