also add a basic test to make sure it works

and not the profileKey+url too as we need the db entry to be in sync with the config wrapper data (otherwise the next commit would be made with data out of date from the wrapper side)

merging userconfig to unstable as it passed QA but a bunch of changes are still needed on other platform to do the final QA. |
