Removing from renoise causes a crash

I'm using the latest 64 bit binary in renoise (linux) and I have found that oxefmsynth can crash renoise.

Load the synth, right click on it in the instrument list, choose delete. At this point renoise crashes. It doesn't seem to do it every time but is fairly consistent .

Fixed. In case you can't generate a new binary (before I post a new
release), let me know that I send you one.

I would normally build it but getting some of the dependencies in gentoo is a bit long winded. I'm not in particular hurry though so don't worry if it's a hassle. Many thanks for fixing so quickly though.
