Artifacts

It would be good to identify the differences between this excellent package and Pkg.Artifacts. It seems to me like there are a lot of parallels. Should this package be deprecated in favor of Artifacts? Should DataDeps be built on top of Artifacts? In case these two are in fact orthogonal, maybe an explanation in the README is in order?
