Help text suggests wrong place for options #4

The help text of the executable suggests, the options go at the end of the command, where in fact, the program would only accept them when put at the beginning, before the filenames.

Problem occurred with version v0.3 on MacOS 10.13.6. (Downloaded from the GitHub release page)

Application expects options to be present before file names. Help message indicated otherwise.
