Describe the bug
mega-linter-runner accepts an undocumented -f option on the command line.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the mega-linter-runner documentation.
  2. Attempt to determine what -f does.

Expected behavior
The docs clearly explain that -f is the short form of --flavor.
