It’s been a couple times recently that markdownlint test fails… and is unrelated to any changes in the run, but doesn’t on a second run. Of course it’s after the longest job that it fails. |

stylelint-config-sass-guidelines@v11.0.0 was released this morning, so we can undowngrade the linters pinned in the css descriptor.
