* [docu]: hint about missing BPC information

The CinePaint plug-in can not pass the applications BPC setting through the ICC
profiles. This is different to the prefered rendering intent, which is set in
the ICC profiles header.
A special tag could be created to take this over in a only
special manner, e.g. "BPC " "text" "1"/"0" .
