It was just a little challenge to myself.

It checks if padding is valid according to given blocksize and plaintext.
I used this code as a prestep for AES encryption.
PKCS #7 defines Cryptographic Message Syntax.
This function takes 'block length' as a parameter and applies padding on given plaintext according to block length.
