Okay, so...

  • Write a full draft a v0.6 announcement devlog post
  • Record a video (don't forget to check the volume level)
  • Create English subtitles for the video
  • Create Russian subtitles for the video
  • Prepare a short summary of the devlog post
  • Update screenshots and GIFs in the README
  • Make the final v0.6 commit:
    • Change Cargo.toml's version from v0.6.0-snapshot to v0.6.0
    • Update the roadmap in the readme
  • Commit a tag and make a github release
  • Upload release binaries to itch.io and github's release
    • linux
    • win64
    • win32 (!)
    • macos
  • Update itch.io's web version
  • Publish the video to youtube (with subtitles)
  • Replace mockup links in the devlog post with real ones
  • Publish the devlog post
  • News time!:
    • patreon
    • /r/rust
    • /r/rust_gamedev
    • /r/devblogs
    • twitter
    • URLO
    • facebook
    • itch.io
    • tigsource
    • indiedb
    • vkontakte
    • gamedev.ru
  • Remove the weekly post/video experiment where possible (urlo, itch.io, tigsource, patreon, gamedev.ru?)
  • Make the first v0.7.0-snapshot commit
