Watchface build tool:

mi7build.exe

Description:
  Pack or unpack watchface.

Usage:
  mi7build [command]

Commands:
  pack <%directory%> - Pack to MiBand7 format
  unpack <%file%> - Unpack watchface

Image conversion tool:

mi7convert.exe

Description:
  Converts an image file or directory from one format to another.

Usage:
  mi7convert [command] [options]

Commands:
  pack <%files%> - Pack to MiBand7 format
  unpack <%files%> - Unpack to png
