The VM Image downloading doesn't work

The link of "Download the VM Image" inside China doesn't work. I can't open the link :http://58.213.119.23:8899/

Thanks for reporting this.

However, I'm going to close this issue. The link was created for the August 2019 P4 Tutorial, which was in Beijing. It's not on the master branch and I don't think there's an expectation that it would be maintained in perpetuity.

@sibanez12 if you feel so inclined, perhaps update this branch to remove the China link...
