Related: pCYSl5EDgo/create-unitypackage#6

Uses newer YAML library yaml.
js-yaml@4.1.0 doesn't recognize implicit map key, so that .meta files for native DLLs were regarded as invalid YAML.
Tested:
- My package that contains a native DLL
- Successful workflow run with this patch
